The sealed container with it's label contains
your details it is kept in your home fridge

Fill in the form(s) provided with the container
One container per household with a separate form for each person living in the premises

It is important to keep all information up to date

Place the form(s) in the container
Seal the container with the cap

Place the container in the fridge
Please make sure it is easily seen

Sticker on the fridge door by the handle
Sticker on the inside of your home front door.

There is no charge whatsoever for MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE. This scheme is funded by Bedworth Lions Club, in association with Neighbourhood Watch. In the event of a charge being made for this service please report this to the Police and also to Bedworth Lions Club. MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE is not connected to commercial activity such as alarm or insurance companies.
There is no catch it really is free !! The information in the container is personal & private to you, Bedworth Lions Club or any unauthorised persons should not have access to this information.

We will provide the MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE Kits to any person living in the Bedworth and Bulkington areas who feels at risk due to illness, or any other potential threat, and to anyone living on their own. There is no age or other limit - apply today.
Lone living is a recognised risk, as is a single parent living with young children.

MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE is not a replacement for MedicAlert®, which we continue to support.
