Tomato and Basil Soup (V)
A light tomato soup garnished with melting cheese croutons, served with roll and butter. **
Chicken Liver Pate with Redcurrants
A smooth pate with chicken liver, pork and bacon topped with a redcurrant and white port glaze. Served with toast and butter. **
Prawn Cocktail
Prawns on iceberg lettuce served with brown bread and butter. **
Breaded Mushrooms.(V) **
Breaded mushrooms with a garlic mayonnaise dip. **

Roast Turkey
Hand carved, served with stuffing, bread sauce and cranberry sauce. **
Roast Rib of Beef
Classically served with a Yorkshire Pudding and horseradish sauce. **
Sea Bass with Orange and Chilli
A duo of delicately grilled sea bass fillets served with an orange and chilli sauce. **
Parsnip and Cranberry Roast (V)
Spiced parsnip, carrot, onion, spinach, mushroom and potato finished with cranberries and mixed nuts, topped with creamy goats cheese. **

Festive Chocolate Heaven
Dark chocolate mousse on a sponge base, with chunks of mini choc bars finished with a toffee sauce and sugar snow, served with cream. **
Yuletide Crumble
Cranberries, blackberries, apples and sultanas in a mulled wine compote topped with a golden crumble and served with custard. **
Raspberry Trifle Cheesecake
A crisp biscuit crumb layer with raspberries,light sponge cake, creamy vanilla custard cheesecake with whipped cream and crushed amaretti biscuits. Served with cream. **
