Thank you to all who helped with the 2008 Charter Night.
 2008 was Bedworth Lions Club's 31st Charter Year. Charter Night was held at the Windsor Restaurant, at Bede Village, which is now known as Richmond Village.

An excellent meal produced & served by Colin & his team of chefs; followed by informative & entertaining speeches by The Mayor, District Governor, Lion Neil, & lion President.
Lion President Brian gave a most unusual speech which was the subject of a small sweepstake as to how long it would last, including his rendition of 'The Green Eye of The Little Yellow God by J Milton Hayes'. Entirely without a script or a safety net.
Cheques on behalf of Bedworth Lions Club were Presented for the 2007 - 2008 Mayor's Appeal, & District Governor's Appeal.
